About the founder

I’m Niqueea, the founder of HelloFellow.

Over the last few years, I solo-traveled to over 20 countries and even lived short term in cities like London, Madrid, Paris, Buenos Aires, Amsterdam, and Medellín— while running my business, chasing God’s plan for my life, and experiencing new cultures. But there was one thing I couldn’t pack in my suitcase:

A church community.

I loved my church back home, but watching it online while sipping café con leche in a new country just wasn’t enough. My faith is a huge part of my life, and I wanted to worship in person and with others. I wanted Bible studies at cute cafés with like-minded women. I wanted fellowship that traveled with me.

And after hours of scrolling Facebook groups, trying to translate church websites, and searching for English services in unfamiliar cities…God gave me the idea for HelloFellow.

What We're Building

HelloFellow is your church community away from home—an app that helps you:

  • Find Christian women solo travelers in your city or destination
  • Connect for fellowship, Bible studies, worship, or café meetups
  • Discover local churches with English-speaking services or translations
  • Access guided Bible studies, devotionals, and community plans
  • Explore volunteer and mission opportunities wherever you land

Who's It For

HelloFellow is for the woman who:

  • Is a business owner, freelancer, or digital nomad
  • Is in the military on deployment, a travel nurse, or a flight attendant
  • a student traveling abroad for the semester
  • Travels for fun but wants more than cute cafés and WiFi
  • Loves Jesus and desires real connection while traveling

Where We're Headed

We’re currently building our beta version, launching in August 2025, and preparing to welcome our first wave of women into the app for testing.

As a self-funded solo founder (with the Holy Spirit as my co-founder 🙌🏾), I’m building this brick by brick—with big dreams and even bigger faith.

Our vision is global. Our mission is rooted in Christ. And our goal is simple: no Christian woman should ever feel spiritually alone while traveling again.
